| Channels to grant your rights. |
We mention below the different possible channels to exercise your rights . We also keep the right to activate or not one or several channels. At least one channel will grant your right for free without us charging for you to do so. Other available channels can be access at a fee.
We commit to always acknowledge receipt and to answer to you should you request a right in writing.
Normally the activated channels are use to grant your rights and will be the ones we use to validate your identity. It is therefore very important that you communicate to us any change of your data, especially in relation to the validated channels (email, mobile, fix-line, fax).
Our aim is to make the rights granting as easy as possible. Depending on your request we will need to request a confirmation in writing and a copy of an ID or a document confirming your identity to confirm that you are who you say you are.
All the data protection support staff talking to you are oblige to clearly identify the person requesting the access and therefore are entitle to ask different questions and to send to you by email, sms, or voice a validation PIN to complete the requested right.

On the web page there is a Data protection rights Access that if activated will take you to a safe SSL area where you could Access your data and exercise any of the rights granted.

BY telephone
Should a Data protection right contact number is provided you will reach a person or a intelligence virtual voice device that will allow you to grant the rights request . Using this method you acknowledge that you accept to answer a few questions or to receive a communication for us to validate your identity . Depending on you request we will keep the right to request a writing instruction thereafter.

Please enclose within the letter a copy of an ID for us to validate your identity.
You should address the letter to the local representative at your home country if stated or to the head office in Barcelona Spain.
