Rights of Access, rectify, block, erase, destroy

We grant all your all your rights by centralizing the contact point in CFV except the erase one that could be granted in the specific area .

Erase, destroy, blocked or dissociate.

Should you want us to erase your data you will need to contact us personally and specifically request to be erase.

We will consider as a destroy once a data is blocked or dissociate from your personal data.

We could keep for historical or statistical reason your data but in a way that can not be associate with your personal data.

We are seriously undertaken the dissociation or destruction and once done there is no way to recover the information unless you request us to use a recoverable method to do so.

Recovery enable way could be activate only by you thereafter and at a cost.

We grant Access to your data by request and in some occasions even by a web user and password system for you to access , modify, complete and validate . We could also provide you the information about the uses we have done with it.

The rights to Access is free by post, but do not forget to remember that, the paper, the envelop, the toner, the stamp and your time will made it this way more expensive and less sustainable.
