| Training, Retraining and Assessment |
| Training levels. |
The courses are aimed at training professionals specialised in applying Experiential Engineering, with three levels:
Level 1.
Motor Experts.
These have access to information on how to carry out suitable motor activities in order to develop specific skills, e.g. leadership, awareness of prevention, mediation skills, conflict management, etc., but they do not have access to the assessment of specific behaviours nor to complete reports or training programmes.
Level 2.
Analytical Praxiologists or Experiential Engineering Technicians.
These have access to information on complete skills training programmes and to methodologies to observe and record behaviour in order to draw up assessment reports, as well as modifications to adapt programmes to the particular characteristics of their clients or participants.
Level 3.
Praxiologists or Experiential Engineers.
These have access to all the application's praxiological information online and can carry out skills-related training programmes for themselves. They can also create new designs for specific motor situations and activities with the relevant praxiological analyses, thereby broadening the database and benefiting from the corresponding rights.
