| How can Experiential Engineering be learned? |
The evident need to select suitable situations to
"force" participants to have the experiences required, together with a lack of expert professionals in the design and selection of these activities, as well as the need for objective assessment of the behaviour generated by participants, all create an urgent need for training Experiential Engineers.
There are different possibilities when planning the training for these professionals. Different training plans have been developed depending on their experience and prior training.
