Founding Goals


Goals

The main goals are to inform, train and manage the development of this professional activity, identifying those actions that, due to a lack of precision, may result in harming the profession, as well as protecting it from the possible intrusions that any profitable activity might attract.


Specifically:

To raise awareness of Experiential Engineering, in order to speed up its evolution and popularisation throughout the world as much as possible, as well as to regulate and manage any possible different models of implementation.

To train and assess in order to regulate professionals. Experiential engineers must be highly qualified professionals. All experiential engineers and praxiologists, at the different levels of qualification and different business, sport and social specialisations, must be officially recognised so that only personnel with specific training can offer and apply this new scientific discipline, guaranteeing their expertise.

To identify and defend the interests of professionals and of the discipline itself in order to position it as it deserves; both at a local, regional, national and international level.

To validate practices, providing training-related help, guidance and advice to professionals, renowned firms and people.
To observe and denounce bad practices, identifying those organisations and people without praxiological training that are offering services for which they are not qualified. The aim is not to get rid of these companies but to motivate them to train themselves via one of the level-based retraining programmes, adding value to their work and protecting genuinely professional praxiologists and experiential engineers.
