What does an Experiential Engineer, Praxiologist do? |
The motor activities and guided practical exercises are specific catalysts for actions and behaviours due to the fact that participants must necessarily generate responses in line with the rules involved in the situation.
If we wish to work on leadership, for example, a Praxiologist will be able to design and validate situations that necessarily encourage behaviour in line with leadership and will be able to discern these from other behaviours that do not encourage this.
Praxiology engineers are capable of analysing the structure of motor situations, predicting and objectively assessing responses according to the logic of the situation, always based on its internal organisation and avoiding any personal or subjective opinions.
The application of a scientific method facilitates the design of specific situations that
"force" participants to behave in a suitable way (i.e. to train their abilities in developing specific behaviours). Consequently, work can be done on both the individual skills of each participant as well as on the interactive dynamic of a group.
By analysing the suitability of the responses to the logic of the situation, we can also objectively assess the participants' capabilities, making a precise diagnosis of each person's competence and, if necessary, adapting the type of practice and experience to the particular training requirements.
