What is Experiential Engineering?

Experiential Engineering is the discipline that applies, to society, the principles and knowledge provided by the science of Motor Action, also called Motor Praxiology. Among many other activities, it develops personnel recruitment procedures that are complementary to those of other disciplines, as well as training strategies in attitudes, values and professional skills in line with the latest advances in Cognitive Science, which show that true learning is experiential, that verbal explanations are only a means of transmitting structured information and that it's not possible to train without experiences.
