| Does the validation of activities make the product more expensive? |
Validating activities is no more expensive than doing them without validation.
Validation is always the best investment before any activity is undertaken.
Any motor activity must be programmed according to the pedagogical goals and the conditions of the participants in order to appropriately adapt the practices without wasting time or money.
Many firms organise events and training experiences and do not validate their practices because they don't have the preparation or training required. They simply use games and activities but they don't really know what these are for nor how to apply the suitable variants for each case and circumstance. Neither do they know how to act in the case of having to deviate from their programme or when the activity leads to conflict.
We should point out that there is always a risk of not achieving expectations with a motor activity, and that its validation does not always ensure we achieve the 100% of the desired results. Each person reacts according to their personality and this can lead to the appearance of unexpected or inappropriate responses.
However, if the practice has been validated, and if those using it have praxiological knowledge, this risk is much lower and failure is never total because objective conclusions can always be reached
“ad hoc” to control deviations and readapt situations accordingly.
