Contamination.

There is a lot of superficiality in applying motor situations and this is contaminating the effectiveness of these practices due to a lack of praxiological preparation and training in those promoting and carrying out these practices.

This can be seen in the use of games and motor activities that have little or no suitability for the group or the pedagogical or social goals set.

To date, the most important thing has been external, not pedagogical

Where is it held? What's done? Who does it? Up to now, this has formed the hub of the battle to differentiate today's corporate motor service firms, when what is truly important is:

Why is it being done?

Analysing the activities' internal structure in order to predict motor actions is the most important thing when defining, with criteria, the validity and usefulness of the services being offered.
Motor leisure activities are currently in vogue in programmes for companies, councils, associations and schools. Consequently, we must be very careful in how we use them to ensure we don't devalue their effectiveness or the validity of the subsequent evaluations.

It's important to know their possible uses and how we can make sure we're getting the most out of them in terms of achieving real educational and training objectives.

Without disproportionate investment and adapting these activities to any space and type of person, we can ensure the correct experience is given, both in the middle of a wood and in any minimally equipped meeting room.

And this validation also serves both for a public relations event as well as for an integrated corporate training programme.
